Operation begins at Jhenaidah’s Lebutala

Jhenaidah Correspondent: Members of law enforcing agencies began an operation at the house of the late Sharafat Hossain at Lebutala village under Jhenaidah Sadar Upazila on Monday morning.

Police cordoned off the house from Sunday.  A team of Counter Terrorism unit and district police completed all preparations around 9.30am on Monday.

On Sunday noon, police held Shamim, son of the late Sharafat Hossain.

Eight bombs, a pistol and several rounds of bullets were recovered from the house on Sunday.
