PM receives donation, blankets for relief fund

Risingbd Desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has received donation and blankets for her relief and welfare fund from 20 government and private organisations and individuals.

The prime minister received cheques for the donation of Taka 4 crore 25 lakh at her Tejgaon office on Thursday.

The donors include- Fisheries and Livestock Ministry, Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), UNDP Country Director Sudipto Mukerjee, Foreign Office Spouse Association (FOSA), Bangladesh Petroleum Tankers Owners Association, Hosuf Group, HTMS Ltd, Shippers Council of Bangladesh, Hamdard Laboratories, Bangladesh Toy Merchant Manufacturing Association, Bangladesh Open University Alumni Association, Suraiya International Trade Co., Bangabandhu Foundation, Dhaka University Officers Association, Sunny Del School and Gulshan Joggers Society.

Jamalpur Awami League leader Engineer Md. Mozaffar Hossain donated 5000 pieces of blanket to the Prime Minister's Relief and Welfare Fund.

Fisheries and Livestock Minister Narayan Chandra Chanda, Principal Secretary Md. Nojibur Rahman and Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim were present._BSS
