Pilkhana killing case: Appeal verdict on Nov 26

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) will deliver its verdict on death reference and jail appeals in the BDR carnage case on November 26.
A three-member special HC bench led by Justice Md Shawkat Hossain will pass the verdict on that day.
The verdict date was released in the official website of Supreme Court on Thursday.
Deputy attorney general AKM Jahid Sarwar Kajol told risingbd.com that the judges will pronounce the judgment on November 26.
Earlier on April 13, the judges kept the case waiting for verdict after hearing arguments on the death reference and appeals in the case.
In 2013 a trial court sentenced death penalty to 152 members of the Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) for massacre in city’s Pilkhana known as 2009 BDR mutiny carnage.
