Staff Correspondent: The High Court has directed the Bangladesh Bank governor to prepare a list of loan defaulters and money launderers.
The court also directed the central bank to take necessary steps to recover money sent to aboard.
The bench of Justice FRM Nazmul Ahsan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader passed the order on Wednesday.
Besides, a rule has been issued to know why the commission will not be formed in the banking sector after submitting a full report of irregularities and corruption.
