Probe report against Kusum Sikder February 18

Staff Correspondent: A court in Dhaka on Sunday deferred the date for submitting the probe report into a case filed against seven people including Kusum Sikder for allegedly making pornographic video.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurunnahar Yasmin set February 18 of 2018 as the new date for submitting the probe report as Ramna police failed to submit the report today.

Earlier on September 17, Supreme Court lawyer Khandker Nazmul Ahsan filed the case under the pornography act in the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurunnahar Yasmin.

On August 3, a music video of Kusum Sikder titled 'Nesha' was released by 'BangoBD'. Since the release, there is a strong criticism on media and social media about the appealing presence of Kusum Sikder in the video.

Later on August 13, Supreme Court lawyer Aftab Uddin Siddiqui Ragib sent a legal notice to remove the music video 'Nesha' from YouTube in 72 hours on charges of offending, sexually suggestive and obscene scenes.

According to the documents of the case, the video has 5 shower, 7 swimming shower, 1 bedroom and 3 kisses scene.
