Probe report on ex-Eden College principal murder June 13

Staff Correspondent: The submission of probe report on Eden Mohila College principal Mahfuza Chowdhury Parveen murder case has been deferred.

Judge Saiduzzaman Sharif of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Court fixed June 13 as investigation officer SI Alamgir Hossain Mazumdar failed to submit the probe report today.

On February 11, police recovered the body of Mahfuza Chowdhury Parvin from her apartment at her residence on Elephant Road in Dhaka.

On the next day, deceased’s husband Ismat Kadir Gama filed the case with New Market Police Station over the murder against three, their domestic helps Swapna, Reshma and the lady who brought the duo to the home. 

Mahfuza Chowdhury was the principal of the Eden Mohila College from February 2009 to April 2012.
