'Provocation through social networks to be curbed strictly'

Staff Correspondent: Director General (DG) of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Benazir Ahmed said that centering Durgapur, if anyone tries to spread provocative information through social media, then strict action will be taken.

The RAB DG made the assertion while addressing reporters after visiting security measures at Durga Puja Pendal in capital's Banani on Monday noon.

He said Bangladesh becomes a place of communal harmony during all kinds of festival.

The RAB force is kept alert so that any devil power cannot destroy the communal harmony spreading provocative news or information, he added.
