Quota reform leader Suhel ‘picked up’

JnU Correspondent: Another leader of the Bangladesh General Students Rights Protection Council was allegedly picked up by the Detective Branch of police early Thursday.

Suhel, a third-year student of Jagannath University’s English department, is a joint convenor of the student platform’s JnU unit in the old part of Dhaka.

A team of around 10 people, introducing themselves as ‘DB men’ according to the witnesses, picked up APM Sohel from Chhatra Union’s former president Lucky Akter’s house in Shantinagar around 5:00am.

When asked about the matter, DB denied the allegation.
