Rail communication with Sylhet halted again

Moulvibazar Correspondent: The rail communication between Sylhet and other parts of the country halted again as soil under another rail bridge pillar removed due to hill flash floods.

Srimangal Railway Station's Acting Station Master Md Sakhawat Hossain confirmed the matter to risingbd.com on Wednesday afternoon.

He said that soil under 141 rail bridge pillar washed away due to heavy rain between Sreemangal and Satgaw Railway Station in Habiganj.

Earlier, the train services from Sylhet to rest of the country snapped due to flash flood near Itakhola Railway Station in Habiganj.
