Remove sufferings of job seekers

Leakage of question papers of examinations is not being stopped. The question papers are being leaked in some way. Like public exams, the question papers of recruitment exams are also being leaked. The meritorious students and job seekers are disappointed at the matter. A group of evil and greedy people are involved in the question paper leakage. The dishonest people are leaking question papers one after another, pushing the country and nation into the face of destruction.

The issue of leakage of the question of Agrani Bank came to the notice when the written test’s question paper of Janata Bank was leaked some days ago. According to the media reports, on April 21, there was an allegation the question paper of written examination for the post of Executive Officer of Janata Bank was leaked.

The students filed a writ petition as the test was not cancelled. The court then issued a three-month ban on the next proceedings, including the publication of the results.

The preliminary examination of the recruitment to Agrani Bank was scheduled in two phases-in the morning and afternoon. The first test was held in the morning. But the question paper was leaked. In this situation, the second phase in the afternoon was discontinued. The morning test was also cancelled. Later, the new date was announced. The exam will be held in one shift instead of two shifts. But the situation does not give guarantee that the question papers will not be leaked during the re-examination.

Today’s youths in the country are our future. But if they face obstacles in the first place to prepare themselves for the future, then they will be submerged in darkness which is not acceptable in any way.

Most of the job recruitment tests are held in Dhaka. Almost thousands of unemployed people come from remote areas every week to sit for examinations. When they come to Dhaka in hardship, the test will be cancelled due to question leaks. How do they feel? The problem is more difficult for the youths of poor families. Because of the cancellation of the test, their sufferings affect them financially as well.

The issue of leakage of question papers is nude in the society. This immorality is increasing gradually. It is important to end this situation.

The anxiety and sufferings of the young generation will be overcome through stopping leakage of question papers. In this regard, the concerned authorities have to be more responsible. Strict security measures must be taken for scrutinizing question papers to taking examinations. Steps should be taken to ensure punishments for the main culprits.
