Request of reconsidering decision of FF quota cancellation

Staff Correspondent: Amra Muktijoddhar Sontan, the organisation of Freedom Fighters’ children, requested Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to reconsider her decision of abolishing Freedom Fighters (FF) quota she made in the parliament on Wednesday.

The organisation made the request to PM through a press statement on Wednesday evening.

The organisation also announced a rally in this connection to be held in front of the National Press Club on Friday morning (April 13), according to the press statement signed by its president Humayun Kabir and general secretary Syed Ashraful Islam Noyon.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina declared to abolish the quota system existing in the public services in the parliament session on Wednesday afternoon, amid strong protests across the country.
