Road crash kills Raomari press club president

Kurigram Correspondent: The president of Raomari upazila press club was killed in a road accident in Chuniyarpar area of Kurigram-Chilmari highway on Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Abdur Razzak Razu.

Locals said that riding a motorbike, the victim and his family was heading towards Roumari upazila around 11:30am. Meanwhile, a cattle laden vehicle rammed his bike from backside, leaving him critically injured.

Later, he was rushed to Chilmari Health Complex but he died on the way of hospital.

Ulipur police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) SK Abu Sayeed confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.
