SBF distributes warm clothes

Staff Correspondent: Supporters of Bangladesh Football (SBF), a group of youths, has brought smiles to a good number of poor people by distributing warm clothes ahead of winter.

The youth team distributed winter cloths forming an event titled ‘Project Kombol’ (Blanket).

Recently, the voluntary organization distributed blankets among the street people in front of National Handball Stadium of the capital. They are going to continue the project in remote areas including Sylhet and Kurigram.

The volunteer group was formed in 2014. The supporters are working to bring back the lost popularity in football games. University students are the main key players in the group. SBF organizers – Samrat Mahim, Farhad Hossain, Atul, Mallik, Bablu, Swapon, Kamrul, Andalib and others are running the humanitarian programmes.

Some renowned footballers – Nasir Chowdhury, Didarul, Sabuj, Reza, Jony, Motin, and Imon have spread their hands to support the project.
