Saiful killed in explosion; says autopsy doctor 

Staff Correspondent: Neo JMB member Saiful Islam who was found dead at Panthapath hotel died in suicide bomb blast, according to autopsy.

After completion of autopsy, Dr Sohel Mahmud, the head of the forensic department of Dhaka Medical College, briefed this to media on Wednesday afternoon.

Earlier, Sohel Mahmud took just 10 minutes to conduct the autopsy started around 5:00pm.

He said, "The whole body was burnt. The skull in right side was broken. A splinter of bomb entered into the right eye and went out through the head that caused making a hole there. After all, Saiful was dead by the explosion."

"Several splinters, metal wires and plastic materials were found in the body," he added.

He also said all kinds of samples were collected to examine whether he took any stimulant or drug before carrying out the explosion.
