Prime minister's ICT adviser Sajeeb Ahmed Wazed Joy
Staff Correspondent: Information and Communication Technology Adviser to the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Sajeeb Wazed Joy will inaugurate PayPal services in Bangladesh on October 19.
State minister for ICT division Zunaid Ahmed Palak made the disclosure while addressing a press conference at ICT tower in Agargaon on Monday.
He said, "Prime minister's ICT adviser Sajeeb Ahmed Wazed Joy will inaugurate the service on the second day of the Bangladesh ICT Expo 2017."
The state minister also said that through the service expatriates and freelancers will be able to send their earned money in Bangladesh.
PayPal Holdings, Inc is an American company operating a worldwide online payments system that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders.
