Sameer’s new album ‘Bangladesh’

Entertainment Desk: A new album titled ‘Bangladesh’ is going to be released in the month of Independence under the banner of CD Choice.

The album contains three country songs which are sung by three artistes-- singer & music director SK Sameer, “Closeup 1” popular singer Rajib and Pulok.

The three songs are— ‘Lal sobujer Bangladesh’, ‘Swadhinata’, and ‘Lal sobuj patakai’.

Talking about the new album, Sameer said, “I feel good to be able to give my audiences a new album having country songs as a gift in the month of Independence. All songs have been sung with great care. Rajib and Pulok have sung very well. I hope the songs will give pleasure to all.”

The lyricists of the songs are Mahfuz Billah Shahi and Riaz Liton while SK Sameer composes tunes of all songs.

Sameer has released several mixed albums including his own. Last of all, dual album titled ‘Shunnobari’ of popular folk singer Momtaz and popular actor Fazlur Rahman Babu was released under Sameer featuring.

Sameer’s first solo album was released at the end of 2008.
