Sending Khaleda to jail from hospital: Writ filed

Staff Correspondent: A writ petition has been filed challenging the legality to send Khaleda Zia to jail from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).
A bench of Justice Sheikh Hasan Arif and Justice Rajik Al Jalil will hear the petition today (Monday).
On behalf of Khaleda Zia, her lawyer Nawshad Jamir filed the writ petition.
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was moved back to the old central jail on Nazimuddin road in Dhaka from BSMMU in last week.
She was admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University hospital on October 6.
