Separate incidents in city leave 4 killed

Staff Correspondent: At least four people were killed in separate incidents in the capital on Friday.

The deceased were identified as Faruk Hossain, 45, Bazlu Mia, Selim and another one remained unidentified instantly.

Sources said that a private car rammed Faruk Hossain in the area around 5:00am, leaving him critically injured. Later, he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where duty doctor declared him dead around 7:30am.

A passenger bus hit an unidentified man in Farmgate park area around 5:30am, leaving him dead on the spot.

Besides, worker Bazlu Mia died after falling from an under-construction building in Sainboard area of Demra around 8:00am. Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where duty doctor declared him dead around 10:00am.

On the other hand, three workers received injury when a crane fell over them in Wari area around 10:00am, leaving them critically injured. Later, Selim died under treatment at DMCH.
