Sheikh Hasina takes oath as PM for 4th term

Staff Correspondent: Awami League President Sheikh Hasina became the Prime Minister of the country for the fourth term and third straight term.

She took oath as Prime Minister of the country along with her 46 cabinet members following her party’s massive victory in the 11^th parliamentary election held on December 30, 2018.

President Abdul Hamid administered the oath to the Prime Minister at 3:30 pm on Monday at the Darbar Hall of Bangabhaban.

Later, President Hamid administered the oath to 24 ministers, to 19 state ministers and to three deputy ministers.

Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam conducted the oath-taking ceremony.
