Shipping Ministry sets up control room ahead of ‘Fani’ hits

Senior Correspondent: Shipping Ministry has opened a control room on importance cyclone ‘Fani’ which is likely to hit Bangladesh coast on Friday evening.
The control room was set up at the Secretariat (Room no. 801/Ka on Thursday. The control room number is 02-9546072.
The Shipping Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Thursday.
