Shringla presents copy of 'Marching with a Billion' to PM

Desk Report: Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Harsh Vardhan Shringla today handed over to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina a copy of 'Marching with a Billion', a book written by Udoy Mahukar, a senior editor with India Today magazine and a political analyst.

The envoy also handed over a letter of Indian Premier Narendra Modi to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her office, said PM's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim.

He said the Indian high commissioner also presented a personalised copy of the book to the Prime Minister.

In the book, Udoy Mahurkar has reviewed the midterm of Narendra Modi government.

"Marching with a Billion' has focused on Modi government's three years in power and key areas of governance, showcasing the work of the government.
