Six killed Faridpur road accident

Faridpur Correspondent: At least six people were killed injured 20 others after a passenger bus hit a roadside tree in the Sadar upazila on Wednesday morning.

Identities of the victims could not be known immediately.

The accident took place around 7:00am in Dhuldi rail gate area of the upazila.

Md Nurul Alam, senior station officer of Dulal Faridpur Fire service and civil defense said, Chuadanga-bound a passenger bus hit a roadside tree when its drive lost control over the steering in the area, leaving four people dead on the spot and injured others.

Later, two more victims died on the way to hospital.
