Staff Correspondent: Chief Justice Surendra Sinha said that state should have no religion.
He said, "Religion is for people's welfare. So, (I) do not want to restrict it in the country. I honour all religions. State belongs to all, no matter what is the religion. State should have no religion."
The Chief Justice came up with the observation in a programme in the capital on Wednesday evening.
