Sports Desk: Sylhet Sixers thrashed Chittagong Vikings by 10 wickets in the 37th match of the 5th Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadim on Sunday.
Winning toss, Sylhet chose to bowl first. Chittagong Vikings players managed to score 67 runs losing all wickets.
In reply, Sylhet Sixers openers Andre Fletcher and Mohammed Rizwan notched up the required target of 68 to give Nasir’s side a ten-wicket victory over Chittagong.
Mohammad Rizwan and Andre Fletcher shared the unbeaten innings scoring 36* and 32* runs respectively.
Besides, all-rounder Nasir Hossain picked the career best five wickets and Nabil Samad bagged three wickets to handle the opponent batting stronghold.
Nasir Hossain got man of the match award for his outstanding performance.
