Tamim hits century again

Sports Desk: Opener Tamim Iqbal hit his second century of the series in the final ODI against West Indies at Basseterre on Saturday.

Winning the toss, Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza opted to bat first. The openers made a slow start, making 39 in the first wicket in 9.3 overs. West Indies captain Jason Holder claimed the only wicket, picking up Anamul, who made 10 in 31 balls.

Tamim and Shakib Al Hasan then made 81 in the second wicket to keep Bangladesh going.

The Tigers did not make any changes for this game, but the hosts made two, Kieran Powell and Sheldon Cottrell replacing Jason Mohammed and Alzarri Joseph.

The visitors won the first game comfortably but lost the second from a winning position, leaving this game to become a title-decider.
