Tarique’s APS Mia Nuruddin arrested in hospital

Staff Correspondent: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested former APS of BNP acting chief Tarique Zia, Mia Nuruddin Apu, who contested the 11th general election from Shariatpur-3 constituency with ‘sheaf of paddy’ symbol.
RAB-1 arrested on Friday arrested him from city’s United Hospital in a case of money laundering and anti-terrorism act.
Earlier, the law enforcement agency recovered Tk eight crore from Motijheel meant for influencing the national election.
He was under treatment at the hospital. RAB’1 captain Lt. Col. Sarwar bin Kashem confirmed the matter.
