Third-TICFA meeting begins

Staff Correspondent: Bangladesh and the United States are now holding the third meeting of Trade and Investment Co-Operative Frame Agreement (TICFA).
The meeting began around 9.30am at the state guest house Padma in the city.
Subhashish Bose, secretary of the commerce ministry, is leading a 21-member delegation of Bangladesh.
The delegation includes Labour and Employment Secretary Mikail Shipar and Foreign Affairs Secretary Md Shahidul Haque.
A 15-member delegation including US Ambassador in Dhaka Marcia Bernicat is taking part in the meeting.
