Three dies falling off building in Dhaka

Staff Correspondent: Three construction workers died after falling from an under construction building in Uttar Badda area of the capital on Friday.

The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Sources said that the victims fall down from the building around 11:30am during the construction work at Road-17 in Purbachal, leaving two workers dead on the spot and injured another one.

Later, the injured was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where duty doctor declared him dead.

Confirming the matter, Inspector (investigation) Nazrul Islam of Badda police station said police cordoned off the building.
