Tk 6cr illegally imported TVs seized in Ctg

Staff Correspondent: Huge quantity of illegally imported television sets worth Tk six crore was found in containers seized by the customs intelligence at Chattogram Port.

Detectives said that a company named MS Multimood imported the consignment. Later, acting on information, the law enforcers checked the shipment and found the TVs worth Tk6.42 crore. 

Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Director General, Customs Intelligence & Investigation Directorate confirmed the matter to risingbd.com on Thursday.
