Transfer order of 10 top SC officials approved

Staff Correspondent: Acting Chief Justice (CJ) Md Abdul Wahhab Miah has approved a proposal for transferring 10 high officials of the Supreme Court (SC) registrar’s office, including SC registrar general, additional registrar of the High Court Division and the chief justice’s personal secretary, to different districts.

The SC registrar’s office confirmed the matter on Sunday.

The Registrar General Syed Aminul Islam has been made the chairman of Bangladesh Minimum Wage Board, High court registrar Sayed Dildar Hossain made Judge of the Special Judge Court of Dhaka, Additional Registrar of the High Court Division Md Sabbir Faiz made Additional District Judge of Lalmonirhat, the chief justice’s personal secretary Mohammad Anisur Rahman made Additional District Judge of Panchagarh, Additional Registrar Jabed Hossain made the judge of Women and Children Repression Control Tribunal in Rangpur, Appellate Division Additional Registrar Arunava Chakraborty made Additional District Judge of Satkhira, High court deputy registrar Farzana Yasmin made Joint District Judge of Pirojpur, High court deputy registrar Kamal Ahmed Shikdar made Additional District Judge of Chuadanga, High court deputy registrar Azizul Haque made Additional District Judge of Thakurgaon and special officer to the chief justice Ismail Hossain transferred to Barguna court.
