Staff Correspondent: The High Court cleared the way for the lower court to continue the trial proceedings of a case filed for amassing wealth against BNP standing committee member Barrister Moudud Ahmed.
The HC bench led by Justice Obaidul Hassan passed the order on Monday.
Barrister Moudud Ahmed himself moved the case while barrister Abdullah Al Mahmud Masud assisted him. Besides, advocate Khurshid Alam Khan stood for the Anti-Corruption Commission in the court.
