Truck turns turtle on rickshaw, 2 killed

Staff Correspondent, Savar: Two people were killed after a truck turned turtle on a rickshaw in Savar on Saturday midnight.
The accident took place around 12.00am in front of Pakija Dyeing Factory on Dhaka-Aricha highway.
According to police and witnesses, a sand-laden truck turned turtle on a rickshaw as the truck driver lost control over it.
An unidentified rickshaw passenger died on the spot. Later, another body was found under the sand.
The truck driver and his assistant fled from the spot after the incident.
Officer-in-Charge of Savar Model Thana Mohsinul Kadir confirmed the matter.
