Tushar Imran hits 31st first-class century

Sports Correspondent: Sheikh Tushar Imran smashed 31st ton in the first-class cricket, extending the list of his centuries.

He was unbeaten with 63 runs for Khulna Division on Wednesday.

On Thursday morning, he started the overnight match and achieved the 31st century of his first-class career against Rangpur Division on the day-four in the 3rd round of the 20th Walton National Cricket League (NCL).

Tushar hit back to back centuries (104 & 159) in both innings in the first round of the competition.

He had to finish the second round game for 31 runs as he got scope to bat in a single innings.

In the third round, he scored just 12 runs in the first innings while smashed a brilliant century in the second innings.

Thushar is the most century holder in the first-class cricket in Bangladesh. He scored 11,020 runs with an average of 44.25 in 163 matches of his first-class career. His first-class best is 220.
