Two teachers jailed for question leak in Patuakhali

Patuakhali Correspondent: Two teachers were sent to jail for leaking question paper of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in Patuakhali district on Wednesday.

The teachers' are- Khalilur Rahman, a lecturer of accounting of Akkel Ali College, and Shafiqul Islam, lecturer of computer science of Hazi Mokhter Ali Mridha College.

Sources said that acting on a tip-off, a magistrate caught the teachers red handed with answer and question papers.

Later, the mobile court led by Executive Magistrate Anup Das sentenced them each for two years jail and fined them Tk10,000.
