Varsity student found dead in city

Staff Correspondent: A student of North South University (NSU) was found dead at a house in the city's Bashundhara Residential area on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as Sajal Mahmud, 23, a student of computer science and engineering department.

Sources said that the student lived at a six storied building in Block-B of Bashundhara Residential Area. He was found hanging from the ceiling at the flat's toilet.

Vatara police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) SM Kamruzzaman confirmed the matter.
