Virat, Anushka invite PM Modi to their wedding reception

Entertainment Desk: The power couple, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Wednesday.

In their pleasant meeting with the Prime Minister, Virat and Anushka presented a gift, an invitation for their Delhi reception on December 21.

Prime Minister Office while posting a picture of the three wrote,"Captain of the Indian cricket team Virat Kohli and noted actor Anushka Sharma met PM Narendra Modi this evening. The Prime Minister congratulated them on their wedding."

Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma return to India on Tuesday, after their wedding on December 11 in Tuscany, Italy, followed by the honeymoon. The couple enjoyed their honeymoon in snowcapped mountains, which appeared like the Alps. The actress had shared a cosy selfie with Virat, and the white landscape makes the perfect backdrop. "In heaven, literally," Anushka captioned the image, without divulging the destination they are in.

'Virushka' will now host their friends and colleagues from both cricket and Bollywood at two grand receptions in Delhi and Mumbai. With the first wedding reception scheduled in Delhi on December 21 and the Mumbai reception on December 26. Kohli and Anushka flew down to skipper Kohli's hometown Delhi and were looking happy in their new innings as some of the newly emerged photos suggested. After the reception, the couple will fly to South Africa where Kohli will be prepping for the upcoming series.
