Walton focuses on corporate marketing

Staff Reporter: The local multinational electronics brand Walton has greatly focused on corporate to bring its produced wide ranges of electrical, electronics, industrial and construction solutions at the doorsteps of all classes of people.

This year, Walton expanded its marketing channels to corporate sales from its previous plazas and distributors’ outlets. Within a short time of the inception of its business, the local electronics giant turned into the country’s premier brand through Walton Plazas and distributors’ outlets based marketing channels.

Now, Walton included corporate sales in the marketing strategies to deliver its branded products to the corporate arena at home and abroad.

Walton authorities informed that they are now providing customized services to its national and international corporate clients. They said, Walton is now manufacturing and supplying appliances for local and overseas companies under the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Already, Walton corporate sales experienced a sound response from government, quasi-government, autonomous, private and other corporate institutions, Walton officials noted.

At its own factory in Chandra, Gazipur, Walton is manufacturing various sorts of electronics, electronics, industrial and construction solutions or products like fridges, televisions, air conditioners, laptops, mobile phones, acid led rechargeable batteries, LED lights, switch-sockets, electric fans, compressors, plastic and chemical components, light guide and diffuser plates, mechanical components, hot melt adhesive, hanger, master batches, mold and die etc.

Along with these products, the local brand is supplying different sorts of spare parts, including single, double and multi-layer PCB (Printed Circuit Board), pipe fittings etc.



Md Sirajul Islam, executive director and head of corporate sales of Walton Group, said that they have been using plazas and distributors’ outlets based marketing channels for the last 17 years.

“Now, we have greatly focused on corporate sales to deliver our produced appliances and industrial solutions to the corporate customers easily,” he added.

Already, Walton experienced a sound response in its corporate sales due to some uniqueness of its products, including competitive prices, matured high quality and swift and best after sales services, he noted.

The corporate sales made the marketing of electrical and industrial solutions of Walton easier as the customers came to know that Walton manufactures various sorts of electronics and industrial solutions, along with fridges, televisions, air conditioners and others appliances, he pointed out.

Uday Hakim, deputy executive director of Walton Group, said that representatives from various corporate houses praised on the production processes after visiting Walton factory. And then, many of them placed a bulk order to Walton, he said adding that the corporate sales of Walton is receiving sound responses.
