Why Destiny-2000 should not be abolished: HC

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) has issued a show cause notice asking the authority concern as to why Destiny-2000 Ltd should not be abolished?

The single bench of Justice MR Hasan issued the notice on Tuesday. The court also set July 4 for next hearing in the case.

Lawyer ABM Siddiqur Rahman Khan stood for the company’s director Lt Gen (retd) Harun-Ar-Rashid while Mainul Islam for five shareholders in the court.

A K M Badruddoza moved for the joint stock companies and farms.
