Youth held with 20 gold bars in Jessore

Staff Correspondent, Jessore: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel detained a youth along with 20 gold bars from Benapole land port on Sunday morning.
The detainee is identified as Sobuj Mia, 22, son of Shahidul Haque.
BGB said acting on a tip-off, a patrol team of BGB forcers detained Sobuj. Later, searching the body of him, BGB found 20 gold bars from his body.
Benapole check post ICP camp commander Subedar Abdul Wahab said that a case was filed in this regard.
