13 die of dengue fever at DMCH

Staff Correspondent: A 13-year-old boy named Hasan has died of dengue fever with the death toll rising to13 at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).

DMCH Assistant Director Dr Naseer Uddin confirmed this to risingbd on Monday.

A total of 13 patients including boy Hasan have died so far at DMCH.  A total of 183 patients infected with dengue fever were admitted to the hospital on Monday morning, he added.

Hasan used to reside with his parents in capital’s Sepaibagh area.
