A total of 155 more Bangladeshis have returned from Italy this morning.
After their return, they have been kept in quarantine at Ashkona Hajj Camp in the city and primary tests are being carried out on them.
The Italy returnees arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on an Emirates flight at 8:20am (March 15).
Doctor Shahriar Sajjad, in-charge of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport medical team, said those, who have returned from coronavirus-affected country Italy this morning, are undergoing primary tests.
It was earlier confirmed that 155 more Bangladeshis will come back from Italy on Sunday morning. As part of it, preparation was taken to receive them. Primarily, they have been sent to Ashkona Hajj Camp for quarantine, he said.
Earlier on Saturday, a total of 142 Bangladeshis returned from Italy and were kept under quarantine at Ashkona Hajj Camp in the city. They were sent home quarantine after 11 hours.
