2 killed as truck overturns in Kushtia

At least two people were killed as a truck overturned in Daulatpur of Kushtia on Friday.

The deceased were known as – Fakir, 65, hailed from Amdah village of Daulatpur and Abdur Rahim, 45.

Daulatpur police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) SM Arifur Rahman said, sand-laden a truck turned turtle in the area and hit a tin-shed house around 12:00am on Friday, leaving the two people dead on the spot.
