3 pharmacies fined for selling masks at higher rate

A mobile court fined Tk 25,000 to three pharmacies in capital’s Gulshan, Banani and Mohakhali areas for selling masks at a high price.

The mobile court, led by Executive Magistrate Reslina Parvin of Dhaka South City Corporation, found the pharmacies selling masks at an exorbitant price on Tuesday noon.

Later, it slapped a fine of Tk 25,000 on the medicine shops.
