ACC summons Ex-Biman MD, 9 others

Staff Correspondent: Anti-Corruption Commission has summoned Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ former managing director Abul Munim Mosaddik Ahmed and nine others for interrogation over the irregularities in recruiting cadet pilots and corruption.

ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the matter to risingbd on Tuesday.

Md Saiful Islam, deputy director of the anti-graft watchdog, asked the accused to appear before ACC headquarters on 28, 29 and 30 July.

Earlier, on May 2, ACC issued a travel ban against Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ former managing director Abul Munim Mosaddik Ahmed and nine others.
