Actions if Grameenphone fails to pay due money by Feb 24

Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BRTC) will take steps against Grameenphone in accordance with the Supreme Court (SC) order if the mobile operator does not pay due money by February 24.

BTRC chairman Jahurul Haque said this in a press briefing at BTRC building on Thursday.

He said, “In accordance with SC order Grameenphone will have to pay Tk 2000 crore. Steps would be taken if the mobile operator do not pay the money within February 24.”
