Al -Amin secures Bangladesh’s second gold

Al-Amin has secured Bangladesh’s second gold medal in the ongoing 13th South Asian Games.

Al-Amin secured gold in karate event on the second day, beating Pakistan by 7-3 points.

Earlier, Dipu Chakma secured Bangladesh’s first gold medal in the ongoing 13th South Asian Games by winning the taekwondo poomsae event 29-plus-year category.

Dipu scored 16.24 points, beating competitors from Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and Nepal to clinch gold at Satdobato, Lalitpur on Monday.
