Attack on VP Nur: CC camera footages disappeared

Footages of Close Circuit (CC) cameras of the attack on Vice President (VP) of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) Nurul Haque Nur and his supporters have gone missing.

The authority has no idea how it was lost or destroyed.

It was learnt that there are nine CC cameras on DUCSU premises. The footages of the cameras were recorded in the room of DUCSU senior administrative official Abul Kalam Azad. There was a monitor and CPU which were disappeared since the incident.
When asked, DUCSU senior administrative official Abul Kalam Azad could not give any befitting answer.

Nur and some of his supporters were injured in the attack carried out by activists of a faction of Muktijuddho Moncho on Sunday.
