Bangladesh country of religious harmony, India’s statement wrong

Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen said the allegation brought in India’s Lok Sabha against Bangladesh over torturing minority people is not true.
He said, “Bangladesh is an example of religious harmony across the world. There is no paradigm of minority oppression here.”
On Monday night, India’s Home Minister Amit Shah delivered speech in the country’s Lok Sabha. He brought allegation of torturing minority people in Bangladesh.
When asked about reaction over Amit Shah’s allegation, the Foreign Affairs Minister told risingbd, “I have yet not seen the bill. I should read it first. But allegation of torturing minority people is totally wrong. This is a country of religious harmony.”
