Bangladesh extends ban on international flights

The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has extended ban on all international passenger flights till April 14 due to coronavirus outbreak.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has published a notification in this regard.
According to the notification, the ban was earlier imposed on international passenger flights till March 31 which was extended till April 7. It will be extended till April 14.
The ban will be effective on the routes to Qatar, Bahrain, Bhutan, Hong Kong, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Malaysia, Oman, Singapore, India and UK.
However, all cargo flights including special cargo services will be operated regularly.
