Bangladesh qualify for Women's T20 World Cup

Sports Desk: Bangladesh have progressed to the final of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup qualifiers.

Alongside, Bangladesh women also qualified for the upcoming T20 Women World Cup to be held in Australia next year.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh secured spot in the semi-finals after topping their group with three successive wins.

On Thursday, The Tigresses defeated Ireland by 4 wickets in the first semi-finals at Forthill in Dundee.

Ireland Women managed to score 85 runs losing all wickets in 20 overs.

In chase, Bangladesh Women reached their target for six wickets with remaining 9 balls left.
